姿勢不正確?做剪刀腳運動時尾椎疼痛 - 健身

我在做剪刀腳運動時,有在瑜珈墊上做
但是躺平後,屁股尾椎那邊可以很明顯感覺到有一塊骨頭抵住地板
開始運動後,會劇烈疼痛
請問這個是否我自己姿勢不對?(上半身有抬起,腳離地做交叉來回擺動)
還是說需要放一塊毛巾墊在屁股下面,會不會影響,沒有真正運動到腹肌?
請各位幫助我,謝謝。
