對於基代的迷思 有點小問題想請教 - 減肥

之前常爬文看人說
每天一定要吃到基代所需的熱量
剩下的活動量(例如:跑步)
才是你真正用來減肥的熱量
不然會瘦到肌肉 肥肉反而沒瘦多少
在這裡有點問題想請教
假設:早餐吃500大卡 午餐吃500大卡(飯後運動消耗500大卡) 晚餐吃500大卡
假設基代是1500大卡 所以一天總共減少了500大卡
那為什麼這樣就不會瘦到肌肉 不能想成中餐吃的全被運動給弄掉
結果一天只吃1000大卡 吃不到基代 會瘦到肌肉嗎?
再假設今天我是一個大肥子 基代有2500大卡
然後偶爾一天 想吃的跟正常人一樣 只吃1500大卡(當然也是健康的吃)
然後就穩穩的消耗一千大卡 來達成減肥的效益
不能這樣嗎?
還是說其實一天只要有攝取到正常的各種營養含量
即使沒有吃到基代 也可以很健康的減肥?
畢竟基代很多 不能用來減肥實在很奇怪阿...
一個胖子從以前到現在的迷思.....
