有練一定有差
只是效果會比正常作息來的差一點而已
不可能作息不正常就導致你肌肉長不出來
給你一個建議
如果你白天睡覺
盡量讓房間不要有太陽光,把窗戶等等用報紙貼起來
晚上工作就盡量找明亮一點的地方,或者找些太陽燈管(水族用那種)來裝
讓身體營造出正常作息的假象
激素分泌會稍微正常些 (忘了在那邊看來,有錯請指正)
