平常有快走1~1.5小時的習慣
但常走完晚上睡覺會覺得小腿肌肉很脹很緊, 且難以入眠
想請問有辦法透過訓練進行肌力的調整達到改善嗎?
另外最近看到一些運動後貼的小腿舒緩貼布
