原PO我因為左膝多次半月板開刀
醫生建議我不要再去修了 再修都沒了
不如去練好股四頭肌 最近也施打了葡萄糖水
修復我膝蓋除了半月板之外的神經損傷
運傷科的醫生建議我說可以嘗試乳清的攝取
我是不曉得為何醫生這樣建議???
因為怕我何不習慣 所以想找低份量嘗試看看(1K以內)
看了網路上除D.GYM的飲品
好像沒有低份量包裝的商品可以選擇?
請問有健身版的同好可以推薦與分享嗎? 謝謝 ...
