我知道如果可以的話 最好是每餐都可以吃得營養又均衡
不可以亂吃 也不可以不吃
但如果因為某些原因 導致錯過一餐已成事實
或者一時弄不到水煮餐 手邊只剩麥當勞 泡麵 零食可以選擇
只有不吃 和垃圾食物兩種選項
哪一種對健康的衝擊是比較少的呢?
應該寧可不吃也不要碰垃圾食物?
還是寧可吃垃圾食物也不要不吃?
