每次一到工作旺季
常常回到家裡剩不到五小時睡眠時間就變成常態了
而且一忙就是忙到過年前
而且之前養成的運動習慣也抽不出時間
除了出門前會學看運動先生拉個一分鐘單槓以外
大家有什麼可以保持身體肌耐力的運動或姿勢分享嗎?
