工作轉換沒辦法游泳時.. - 健身

因為之前天天都游泳,
所以體重還算得以維持...
可是現在開始工作
忙起來弄到晚上7點多 根本沒辦法游泳
家裡是弄了個健身腳踏車天天抓30分鐘來騎..
搭仰臥起坐伏地挺身啞鈴之類的簡單重訓
不過感覺跟游泳運動量差很大
三個多月來不知不覺體重就慢慢向上修正了兩公斤.. =_=
想請問各位上班族是怎麼抓時間運動的呢?
不知道能不能分享一下 感謝 <(_ _)>
