左右邊背肌的感受度不一樣該怎麼改善? - 健身

想請問一下我的左右邊背肌感受度不一樣,
慣用邊的感受度比較明顯,
另一邊感受度比較差,所以在做划船或下拉的時候常會下意識用到胸小肌去代償,
導致一邊的胸小肌很容易緊繃,
有什麼方法可以改善呢?
1.放輕重量以弱邊的感受度為主?但慣用邊可能會比較不吃力?
2.弱邊的訓練組數增加?
3.或是有其他方式?
