這次的內容是介紹兩個特殊的三頭肌訓練動作,為了讓三頭肌更強壯,加強三頭肌的長頭
會主要的目標,而除了利用雙手過頭的訓練動作加強之外,也可以利用手臂伸展到身體後
方,讓長頭充分收縮藉此來提升訓練效果,可以利用滑式下拉、槓鈴後舉這兩個動作來達
到這個目的。
