午餐:蒸餃 OR 一中街海苔飯捲 OR 2/3個排骨便當 12:30進食
晚餐:家裡吃,老媽煮啥米吃啥米.... 6:00進食
大約 自助餐小碗飯1碗+炒青菜+炒豬肉各一份
其他:3/4顆蘋果or芭拉
水大約1200mL/天
日常作息時間:晚上12點睡早上7點半起床

我的問題:她算是個新手但不是鄉民,我有借我的帳號給他看過這個版,我想
幫忙她減重,而且是健康的減重,她條件不錯,但是上帝就是開了
她一個玩笑讓她有個易胖的體質,一生下來就 4000G,從小到大就
是白白胖胖的..........
她的身體的強度不如男生,我真的不知道要怎麼給他建議,只能鼓
勵她多運動,我想帶著她參加我的運動但又怕她受傷,我想要找一
些新手能做的運動,像棒式......但她可能撐不起來...
爬文爬了兩三天了,逼不得已出此下策PO文問版上大哥大姐們,
易胖我在想是她的肌肉不夠造成的,所以我想要她先練肌肉,然後
有氧先維持或游泳或腳踏增加頻率,但女生不比男生,有些運動不
方便 囧rz,所以......
女生到底適合什麼運動,她又不愛出門運動....="=
誠心想請版上大哥大姐幫忙,小弟很想幫她瘦下來........
