想運動但不想變瘦 - 健身

事情是這樣的
大約6~7月時我動了腹腔鏡手術
復原情況很好,但為了休養大概有一個多月沒什麼動
我原本是沒有做有氧運動的
但從國中以來就固定做肌力運動一直到現在
(仰臥起坐或屈膝伏地挺身之類的)
所以休養結束後我有些罪惡感想說索性連有氣一起做
開始每天帶平板去健身房踩腳踏車
因為有東西可以看不會無聊
至少都踩一小時以上
問題來了
持續了快兩個月我覺得這個運動方式很適合我
想長期下去
但最近看到我的人都說我太瘦了
其實我自己也覺得
可是我的飲食方面很正常
幾乎都自己煮
早餐是麥片加豆漿(1碗半或兩碗)
午晚餐大致上都是飯或麵為主食再加兩三樣菜左右
三餐間也會吃點小點心
絕對有超過基代(TANITA說我的基代是981,我自己算是大概1100多)
我真的有超過至少500卡以上
想問是否運動前後可以吃什麼對身體較好
或是飲食上要怎麼調整可以增重
最後附上一些數據
身高:159
體重:41.2
體脂:17.8%
BMI:16.3
我原本的體重大概在43左右
其實已經沒有變瘦的空間了
請大家給我一些建議,感恩
