平均練多久 力量才會增加 - 健身

小弟 接觸健身 大約1年左右
昨天在幫我爸搬土時 因土用布袋裝 有點滑 加上田裡本來路就不走
一開始我是用抓的方式搬 就是像提塑膠袋一樣 因為手滑 加上握力不夠
然後就被爸笑 你這麼常跑健身房 手的力量 還這麼差
最後不爽 我就用扛的
後來想想 好像練一年 手的力量雖有增加 但是 感覺比一年前沒增加多少
前半年 我重訓比較沒有規劃性 因為剛接觸 且當時著重再減脂部份
後半年 雖比較有菜單式的訓練 但是我自己覺得 平均3個月 槓片才能增加2.5kg
請問 這樣的突破算正常還是差?
