平常有踩健身車習慣,跑步後鐵腿 - 健身

平常踩X-Bike,一週兩次(其餘時間做其他),一次一小時。
踩的距離20公里以上(儀錶板上顯示),阻力為8(最重)。
昨天換成跑步,時速10公里,跑了15分,距離兩公里。
跑完之後竟然出現腿軟的情況,今天稍微有肌肉痠痛的情形。
看樣子跑步的訓練比踩健身車還要激烈。
