好奇問一下版上大家在飲食控制體重的時候啊!
有哪些食物是絕對打死也不碰的呢?!
雖然我知道減重跟基代有關 跟熱量高低無關
反正一天就算炸雞漢堡可樂 只要不超過太多還是不太會影響
像我來說 自從我有在注意我飲食熱量攝取開始
我不敢吃水餃(以我的食量至少要20顆才有飽足感@@ 熱量容易爆表)
香蕉 龍眼 (上次才知道香蕉一跟熱量跟一碗飯差不多 龍眼6顆也差不多快一碗飯)
炸雞排 炸薯條 跟炸的有關係的 (一個禮拜最多大概只能碰2次)
可樂 (這種有氣泡的超容易讓肚子變超飽的)
咖哩飯 (這我很容易醬狂淋 無形之中吃爆表)
洋芋片 乖乖那類的我好像已經7年沒碰過了(那個吃一口一定會吃完一包才罷手很可怕)
但是巧克力我戒不掉耶 幾乎每個禮拜都吃 :)
另外我想問一下喔 如果一天都幾乎只攝取澱粉類的 (我旁邊的室友)
比方說早餐吐司/饅頭 中午飯/麵 晚餐飯/麵 肉菜蛋白質反而攝取很少的話
這樣對身體會有怎麼! 如果還是吃跟基代差不多 體脂會高嗎這樣?!
