不好意思
請問一下
身體左右平衡有辦法訓練嗎????
小弟做槓鈴有氧時 最困難就是弓箭步深蹲....
重心會不穩
然後個人在沒負重徒手時訓練...也是覺得平衡很差......
請問有加強的方法嗎??
