幾乎不餓,怕沒吃到基代變溜溜球 - 減肥

事情是這樣的
小妹在最近因故心情不好,幾乎不會感覺餓,但以前的我幾乎是每餐都吃,也已經很久很
久沒減肥了!
但都會一個禮拜運動一次到兩次(一次一小時,重訓跑步都會)
現在小妹我體重是人生巔峰160/59~60
所以在想趁這個機會(剛好不餓)要減肥,不知道不餓的情況會到什麼時候。但我現在明
顯就是沒有吃到基礎代謝,但多少還是吃兩口飯,或是一天一杯無糖豆漿就沒了~怕自己
騎機車會昏倒……等等害人害己(不知道是不是我想太多)
可是之前的我是餐餐正常而且吃很多的人,幾乎都吃爆表熱量的東西的人
(雞排啊、甜點、速食、洋芋片什麼都吃每個禮拜上述食物都會吃一輪)
而且很怕餓,時常會買完一個便當還怕自己吃不飽再去買點心等飯後吃的那種…………豬
(嗚嗚嗚……
幸運的事情是現在不餓又剛好想減肥
不確定這樣的現象(不餓)會到什麼時候,最近我應該要繼續不吃下去嗎?想要趁現在減
肥,還是應該要逼自己吃到基代?
因為這個現象太難得
想上版上來問問,如果
如果這樣維持一個月,再改成吃到基代減肥可以嗎?因為我很敖不住挨餓
體重才會一直來到六字頭
大家意見如何呢?
覺得如果不餓又逼自己吃
之後想繼續減肥要挨餓又吃不飽要不要先趁現在就順著不吃呢?順便讓胃變小
會不會有立即危險呢?
今天到現在喝無糖拿鐵(自己按咖啡機買全脂牛奶220ml)
朋友逼我吃一顆餛鈍(小)兩片青江菜
到現在也不餓,與之前反差太大,第一次在版上po文還希望大家鞭小力
如果有地方沒講清楚也請跟我說我會持續更新!感謝
