運動三個禮拜都沒有瘦 - 減肥

如題
我女生 27歲 172 目前62kg
我三餐正常有吃到基代以上 沒吃下午茶或消夜 也沒碰炸的或零食甜食
每天喝水2000以上
運動起碼都有跑半小時跑步機 速度7
拉筋半小時 拉筋完會玩點重訓
前陣子體重上升2kg
現在回彈回來 等於體重沒變
不過我忘記量減肥前的體脂
只知道現在是24%
有朋友說覺得我腿變粗
我穿衣服也沒有變瘦的感覺……
請問大家 我是不是用錯方法了呢?
