幾個X-bike的問題 - 健身

最近一個月開始騎X-bike,但有幾個問題想問:
1.心跳表
卡路里表不準確是已經很確定的,但我一直覺得這個心跳也不準,
有一次我騎到自己心臟已經快跳出來了,自己量跟朋友量都超過130,
結果那個表卻維持在119,請問是不是不用管X-bike的心跳表?
2.阻力增加,膝蓋很痛
因為一開始騎,怕自己無法負荷,所以都維持在阻力2,一天騎60-90分鐘,
最近開始漸漸騎阻力3,大概騎十分鐘,換阻力2騎二十分鐘,反覆三次,
可是這兩三天,膝蓋變得很痛很痛,請問是施力不對嗎?
還是運動超過身體可以承載的量?
