先說小弟38歲,
因爲被檢測出有輕微脊椎側彎,
所以1年前就開始練單槓,
從一開始手打直吊30秒到現在已經可以直上直下7~8下,
不過呢~
對自己的姿勢是否正確還是有點疑慮,
是否有正確練到闊背肌,
還請各位指導一下,
