前面十下我的手臂並沒有完全打直
所以這應該是半程?
後面三下我的手臂是完全打直後再往上拉
不過全程我只能做十下
半程的話慢慢做大概可以做到20下
如果以肌肥大目的來說的話,大家會比較建議半程或全程呢?
順便問一下
蓋伊可以負重20公斤一分鐘拉23下
這大概是什麼概念
我去年八月還在發文說自己只能拉三下
過了八個月也才變10
要怎麼樣才有辦法練到他那樣QQ
