吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:基本不吃,偶爾吃麥片+牛奶
午餐&晚餐:
白飯50g
蛋白質類:煎雞腿排一片/煎鮭魚一塊(150g)/豬肉片(100g)
如果吃不太飽或是蛋白質感覺有缺會再吃一顆蛋
青菜:各種葉菜類蔬菜都有可能吃,一餐大概60g
其他:有時候會喝牛奶一杯(約200毫升),家母偶爾削蘋果一顆。
基本上維持1400大卡左右
生活型態:畢業生,所以現在都在家

運動習慣:
三級以前會一週跑步3~4天,每次7分半速跑40分鐘
三級後沒有出去外面,有氧只有健身環而已。只有做簡單的重量訓練&徒手訓練:
肩推(4kg))10*3
胸推(5kg )12*33
伏地挺身(跪姿) 10*5
卷腹15*3
深蹲(5kg) 12*3
棒式1分鐘
再來就是健身環裡面那些簡單的腹部訓練了
每天會輪流做三項
我的問題:
我約莫是去年11月中決定減肥的,從原本的72公斤也減將近10公斤,體脂也有從32%小降。
前幾天一度到61公斤左右,卻在這個禮拜突然升到快63,飲食並沒有太多差別,水也有照常
喝。目前也沒有酸痛感所以應該不是肌肉儲水(三級剛開始做這些的時候會很酸痛所以的確
體重上升,但後來有降)。
想請問是我飲食吃太多還需要再減嗎?但1400好像已經有點偏少,不過也有可能是因為現在
都在家裡運動量只剩那些簡單重訓所以勢必得減少攝取?
還是可以推測可能是長肌肉了?不過重了1.5公斤好像有一點多。
希望大家不要太兇><,還很菜麻煩大家指點了,非常感謝。
