試了一下正手3下反手5下
單槓高度站著舉起手剛好抓到
拉上去的時候高到下巴
這個狀態想要進步該怎麼練
手邊器材有啞鈴一副
該每天無腦去公園拉到沒力
還是有其他更效率的方法先把基礎練起來
