小弟我健齡快一年而已
以前都是打羽球,從小到大都是打校隊那種,所以慣用手的部分似乎比另一邊發達很多
一直以來都有高低肩、溜肩的問題, 加上自己骨架小,看起來沒精神很多

以前一直以為是斜方肌比較大,但越練越覺得這樣好像是在逃避
想問從照片看,這樣垂肩的問題是天生的,還是可以後天多改善呢?
上網查可以多加強肩膀,己平時練肩也肩推,側飛鳥、後三角、臉拉都會練 但練了快一年還是沒改善
平常穿衣服看起來都垂頭喪氣的,還蠻困擾
希望版友們可以給我一點方向,謝謝!
