最常看到假掰的行為,是在器材區的臥舉及硬舉 重量會先弄35磅重量(二邊各一個),舉個3-5下 休息跟一旁朋友休息聊天,約5分鐘後然後加重10磅,舉個1-3下 然後一樣休息聊天>加重 休息時間隨著重量增加也跟著拉長 舉的次數越舉越少,幾乎變成舉1下 看不懂到健身房是在訓練,還是當成參加舉重國際比賽 後來才明白 ...
