不是我尖酸刻薄@@
你同學那個身材恐怕只是體脂多一點
肌肉有是有,不過並不算太強
你會驚為天人恐怕是因為沒見過市面..
到底多次數有沒有效也很難說
我有個學長自從高中開始就每天伏地挺身
從50下分組到一次200下不等
今年他碩二,練了約七年
胸肌的形狀很漂亮(他本身體脂只有7%)
論大小來講並不輸給握推 MAX 100公斤的我
不過我開始比較認真練也才兩年左右
我觀察的結果以及我自己親身體驗
肌耐力跟肌力以及肌肥大的訓練方法雖然不同
不過基本上還是可以相輔相成的
一個體重普通,平常有在練伏地挺身可以100下而沒練過握推的人
通常第一次握推50以上沒問題
一個只練肌肥大,臥推破百,根本沒有在練伏地挺身的人
叫他做伏地挺身,一次50下沒有問題
這個相輔相成雖然存在著
不過效率上還是專項的訓練會比較好
我學長練了七年的伏地挺身,胸肌大小跟練兩年的我差不多
而我臥推了兩三年,伏地挺身只能50下而已...
或許有些人用奇奇怪怪的方法,經過“長時間”的努力把自己練得不錯壯
縱使不做重訓,其實游泳、槓上運動、拳擊等運動都可以讓身材變得很好看
但想要做任何事情最好能找到最具效率的方法,不是嗎?
如果是想要藉由某些運動順便練到身材,那麼就把那項運動練好;
如果你想要的就是好身材,那麼正確的健身概念對你幫助很大。
你同學練了幾年,365天天天伏地挺身100下
再去爬文看看那些一週練三次,只消半年一年就比他壯的人
想想看你要的是哪種方法
