很久沒運動了 下班基本宅在電腦前 胃口又大狂吃
就漸漸破百了
最近身體越來越差 咳嗽沒好,看醫生說是慢性支氣管炎
想說去運動跑一下好了
不求減肥 就流流汗,一週三次 跑個二十分鐘有運動對身體會比較好嗎
上週開始跑 感覺滿舒服的 第一天習慣一下跑兩圈
第二天就可以跑三圈
以前當兵體能不錯 都跑半小時的 連長帶隊
退伍也偶爾有在跑 只是這一兩年又沒在運動了
但聽說慢跑會傷膝蓋
身高180 體重103 這樣跑一下流汗ok嗎
跑完是沒啥感覺
只是不知道是不是突然運動關係? 跟朋友打lol
講話比較激動 突然胸悶 休息一下就沒事了qq
