很少運動要怎麼度過重訓前期 - 健身

我從小就常早會暈倒 公車站20分鐘也倒
中學高中全班跑步比賽都是倒數第二名
最焦慮的就是運動課 激烈一點就會頭非常昏眩然後倒在地上
最近身體又越來越虛弱
中醫說因為我的心臟太弱了 常常會血液上不去導致腦缺氧昏眩 需要儘早做一些運動強
化心肺 不然以後很有可能腦中風
實在太可怕了
我有嘗試去做重訓每台機器做15下五組
目前都練大塊肌肉 側腰 腹肌 手二頭 三頭 大腿肌
但是沒辦法每天練 練一次回家要躺三天動不了 全身超痛
這是新手初學者必經的過程嗎?
還是通常可以怎麼開始啊?
