原PO現身了
其實也在肌肉沙灘沈浮了好一陣子
但一直沒勇氣把自己的照片PO上來給大家鑑賞
畢竟這裡強者和怪物太多了
沒想到還是有好心人幫了我一把
而且還得到不算差的評價
真是感謝大家對我的鼓勵與指教
終於得到正增強,今天練習也特別有勁
針對大家一些疑慮作點澄清
首先,後面真的有人,她是我親姐,不要胡思亂想了
(如果真的是練完某些肌群拍的,應該會很高興吧!XD)
我的背和腿確實都沒練,背是限於器材因素
腿則是太粗不想再練,以前田徑隊練到有陰影了
練習都是在家裡練的,因為家附近沒有健身房
又不想跑太遠去入會,所以只能在家裡練爽的
因此某些肌群也比較沒辦法練到,這方面還要想辦法克服
今年2月中開始練到現在,還會持續下去
但大學有在學校重訓室認真練了兩年
那時候的菜單對當時的我來說實在滿變態的
當時我偏好腹肌,不愛胸肌,所以胸肌特弱
不過腹肌倒是打下良好的基礎,所以現在練沒幾個月形狀很快就出來了
最後分享一下我的練習菜單
胸肌:寬手伏地挺身40 x 5
上胸伏地挺身35 x 2
下胸伏地挺身35 x 2
窄手伏地挺身35 x 2
(一開始進展很快,後來只能練到線條,要變大還是作臥推比較有效)
腹肌:電腦人 x 3組(時間控制在8分內)
(最大的進步就是側腹肌,還有柔軟度變很好)
健身之路真的很長很辛苦
