想找一位新竹地區的私人教練
目的:
1.減脂
2.雖然自己會重訓但不是想要練成巨巨,主要希望能增加身體的協調跟柔軟度。
增加肌力也很重要,要保護自己避免職業傷害。
很多前輩去開腰椎
自己有在玩棒壘球,也希望可以提高運動表現
3.對TRX想要學習更多這方面的東西
