心跳 - 健身

一直有個疑問@@||
平常做有氧,
心跳維持一定程度,
都可以做一段時間(至少半個小時或以上)
最近也覺得打球運動時,
體力跟心肺有明顯變好。
但是...為什麼平常我光爬個樓梯之類(三樓)_
心跳還是會碰碰碰跳滿激烈的耶@@
而且汗立刻飆出來
是每個人都會這樣嗎?
我以為只要有運動習慣,
做這些"平常的活動"應該會比較"輕鬆"阿= =?
ps我170cm,體重約72~75kg
