我剛買心跳表的時候也跟你一樣
非常執著於燃脂心跳
我的錶可以自己設定一個心跳區間 (想當然爾我就設了燃脂心跳區間)
計算在運動中有多少時間是落在燃脂心跳區間
因為我喜歡騎飛輪,所以上課都會戴著
結果上了兩三次之後,每次心跳都大爆炸
一小時落在燃脂區間只有3-5分鐘,大概就是熱身跟伸展前吧
我覺得很失望啊,最想要的就是體脂肪下降
不過儘管燃脂區間只有3-5分鐘,一堂課還試燒600卡左右
我發現騎飛輪要騎在燃脂區間好難,會非常輕鬆
輕鬆到幾乎不太流汗
後來下課就去問老師
老師跟我說如果你整堂都騎燃脂心跳
一小時以我的身高體重大概消耗250卡
假設跟著老師步調拼命騎,消耗600卡,其中只有30%的時間在燃脂區間
那燃脂燒180卡,其他燒420卡
以運動效率來說,我覺得600卡的比250卡好很多,也是我比較喜歡的強度
之後,就不再執著於燃脂心跳了
當然,如果你想要做燃脂心跳的運動,就要把時間拉長
這樣比較能達到瘦身效果,熱量燒得不夠多
體重跟身材變化就看不到成果
但我擁有心跳錶之後
就每天都很想集滿一千,整個變態了起來
