快走感覺大腿沒運動到 - 健身

我以前是完全沒在運動的人>_<
開始快走的第三天感覺還是抓不到訣竅TT
今天3.34公里走了35分鐘
呃我不知道這是不是正常的速度欸
不過大概走到一公里的時候小腿就會很緊繃很痠
我就會停下來拉筋按摩(這樣可以嗎?
可是感覺大腿都沒有什麼運動到欸
不知道快走到底要用大步伐還是小步伐……
