我們都知道全身平衡發展很重要
不能偏廢某部份的肌群
好了 那怎樣才叫均衡?
都有練 不表示就是均衡的
那要怎麽知道自己是不是哪邊練得不夠
有什麽比例可以依循的嗎
比方說臥推可以推幾公斤的人 深蹲應該要有幾公斤的水準(舉例之類的)
有真正的"均衡"標準嗎?
