怎麼「用背肌」拉單槓? - 健身

我之前單槓可以一次拉個快10下
可是後來發現,我拉單槓時,身體會像蝦子前捲,腹肌會用力
我看了下面這個健身的網頁:

才知道,拉單槓時,應該要沉肩(肩膀下沉)+夾背(背肌加緊)+挺胸
這樣才能練到背肌

現在問題來了,我用這個方式來做,沉肩、挺胸沒問題,
但是拉上去時背肌好像不太會夾緊,我叫別人幫我看,他們也這樣說
最糟糕是,我這樣拉單槓大概只能拉5下
而且都只能拉到眼睛就沒力了,之前前捲式都可以拉過下巴...
請問要怎麼練才能正確用背肌拉單槓?
我是要先回到強度比較簡單的動作,用那種腳可以踩到地的高度的單槓來練嗎?
