舉例來說練二頭的時候
我通常都做5~6RM
手臂那邊就會覺得繃繃的
通常我很怕練不夠
大概休息5分鐘後
我會拿啞鈴比剛剛輕一點的重量再做一次5RM
通常這時候手臂就會真的很沒力
臉部扭曲
但通常過30分鐘後
手還是有力氣去去做二頭的動作
我想試試增加重量來訓練
但二頭增加五公斤真的就會變很難舉
維持現在的重量又會覺得有點操不夠
我蠻納悶我自己到底有沒有練到
因為看inbody手臂的肌肉重量幾乎沒變
大家都怎麼判斷自己有沒有練到
