女明星雖然會為了維持身材而運動,但仍然希望保有女性化的柔美曲線。然而英國美麗豔
星茱蒂瑪許(Jodie Marsh)則決定揮別過去的柔美身段,進入健美小姐的世界。
現年32歲的茱蒂瑪許過去是位寫真女郎,凹凸有致的身材令人印象深刻,但她對於這樣的
自己卻不甚滿意,因此尋求私人健身教練提姆夏普(Tim Sharp)的幫助。
經過短短2個月的時間,茱蒂減去10公斤,體脂肪從25%降至10%,成功將自己改造成專業
的健美小姐,並在去(2011)年的健美競標賽榮獲第5名。
除了參加健美比賽,茱蒂也將她進行訓練的心路歷程,用照片及影片記錄下來,讓眾人看
見需要花上一般人好幾年持續鍛鍊和飲食控制的成果,她是如何在2個月內達成,並且一
圓參加健美比賽的心願。
