如果是情侶/夫妻去練 各位有建議的菜單嗎?
小弟老婆是健身新手..大多時間是各練各的 有必要才會幫補(通常是我補她)
兩個人練的好處是會互相激勵 本來今天懶了 老婆一吹 就有精神練了
還在想什麼菜單可以1+1>2
