朋友最近正好看到空腹力革命 和 不生病的生活 兩本書
提倡的是早上只喝蔬果汁
讓身體適應一點飢餓感
也可以改變 便秘的問題
實際上是有改變
但他卻覺得飢餓感有點難等到中午
中午晚上就變的會很想吃
因為不想變胖他就改成早上中午吃正常
晚上喝蔬果汁
但排便又不若以往順利
有人有好建議嗎
還想提問若是計算熱量的方式
遇到晚上要吃大餐
早午餐要怎麼樣安排會比較好呢?
