三餐內容
早餐:苜蓿芽生菜起司沙拉佐和風醬+一球地瓜泥或山藥泥+全家大杯拿鐵
上午茶:(1)半個無油條十榖飯糰(料通常是菜圃和水煮鮪魚)+一半統一無糖豆漿
(2)無沙拉醬全麥胚芽吐司三明治(通常夾水果、芝麻、或煎蛋)+300CC脫脂奶
午餐:四樣蔬菜+一份非炸類肉(魚或雞)+早上沒吃完的飯糰+沒喝完的豆漿;
如果沒有飯糰的話就會吃半碗糙米飯+一碗雜菜湯
下午茶:(1)水果約200克:最近是芭樂、鳳梨、梨子、蘋果
(2)兩片全麥吐司
(3)一碗400C.C的紫米紅豆粥
晚餐:(1)通常和午餐一樣,但若下午吃了澱粉類的東西會只吃半碗糙米飯
(2)只有肉片和青菜的火鍋,喝半鍋湯+一小球冰淇淋(大概兩個禮拜一次)
(3)鯛魚麵+一份不加肉燥的燙青菜
(很愛吃麵,所以不論下午茶吃了甚麼一定把麵吃光)
其他:不太喝含糖飲料,也不太吃炸物,但很愛喝茶
水+茶一天約2000C.C
日常作息時間:
10點半~11點睡,5點半或6點起床
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
白天上班,下午是研究生
運動習慣:
一個禮拜會有5到6天運動:
(1)熱身10分鐘+晨跑30分鐘+快走15分鐘+收操5分+
吊吊單槓(用全力只能舉個半下,大概六次就沒力了)
或者
(2)拿兩公斤的啞鈴玩樂,練練二頭、三頭(最近想換三公斤了,兩公斤已經太輕了)+
踩踩不飆汗踏步機40分鐘
每晚仰臥起坐50~100下,一個禮拜會偷懶個一次不想做
我的問題:
這樣吃會不會太多或不足(澱粉不足),
很擔心會吃太多,尤其是食量幾乎跟我身邊的男生一樣大Q"Q
大家一起出去吃飯超明顯得
實施這個減肥計畫差不多四個月吧!前兩個月體重跟體脂掉超快的,
最近兩個月只瘦了一公斤,體脂只掉了2%(少的都想把他算在誤差值裡了)
我的目標希望能再放寒假前瘦到52公斤,如果體脂可以壓到20%更好!
辦得到嗎?
