體脂率:28(六月底量)

三餐內容
早餐:高纖無糖豆漿+地瓜一顆+20顆小番茄
前兩天是地瓜改成蘇打餅x3+一片低脂起司
通常我喝完溫熱的豆漿 就飽飽的了
午餐:半碗飯 + 一疊竹筍 + 手掌大小的魚肉 + 一疊泡菜
(媽媽說筍絲要很油才好吃 所以我都過水了)
傍晚:一杯無糖0熱量黑咖啡
晚餐:地瓜+筍絲+竹筍湯
其他:早餐後兩個小時我吃了一顆奇異果 (昨天)
今天是早餐後 吃了兩顆奇異果
每天喝水量2000c.c以上
日常作息時間:最晚十二點睡,七八點起床,今天比較早起 五點半
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每週跳四次有氧共四小時/兩次兩小時瑜珈(8/6開始)
天天都會踩踏步機一小時左右
分次踩 每次階有30分鐘
我的問題:
六月底開始飯都吃半碗 也都有運動
吃了一個多月的牛奶+麥片 偶爾加吐司 當早餐
午餐晚餐 都是半碗飯 加 配菜
都沒有比較瘦
上禮拜五六日試試三日減肥餐 只瘦一公斤
也是在上禮拜開始上有氧瑜珈
一樣天天有運動 可是不知道心跳直有沒有到130
回復正常吃 我怕一下吃太多會胖回來
所以我把媽媽煮很油膩的菜都過水
可是體重還是卡在那邊
上禮拜都正常 吃那三日減肥餐 可能油少量少 所以便秘了
回復正常 我還是有點卡卡的 不過有比較順
有想過是不是之前的宿便未清掉 所以體重還是在那個位置
我有爬板 說數字不是重點 是健康
可是我真的很想數字漂亮一點
我想目標先訂在52~53就好
我平常的穿著 都會把肥胖部位遮住
所以很多人看不出來我很重 只覺得我雕塑即可
看板上新知識 運動過量 也不一定會瘦
我這樣應該不算過量吧@@?
天天踩踏步機 其實很輕鬆 也會流汗 也會疲憊
不過邊看電視邊踩 會覺得很煩 可是還是乖乖的踩完了
本來還想運動量不夠 想要+去健走或是慢跑 (1週挑三天)
最近早上起床不會餓 只是時間到了 會讓自己先吃東西
怕太晚吃 會跟午餐卡到
每天晚餐 都在五六點吃完
偶爾六點後吃 (不過極少,跟朋友聚餐才可能這時間後吃)
