建議不要"天天都"走OR跑操場
這樣對膝蓋是很大的傷害
可以多培養幾種運動 對於體能也會有比較全面的發展
腳踏車、游泳 都可以嘗試看看
我身邊不少人開始跑步以後
剛開始瘦很快
越跑越快、越跑越多、越跑越好
之後沒注意 里程數一下拉太快 膝蓋就受傷
有意識到自己受傷還算好
有些意識到的時候 已經要休養2~4個禮拜
對減肥來說 真的很划不來
一個禮拜四天的跑走 對膝蓋已經算不小的負荷了
最好是兩~三天 其他時間分配給腳踏車、游泳、健身房
(划步機其實也是不錯的有氧器材 可以培養身體的協調性)
身體是自己的 運動是一輩子的
不要被跑步帶來的好處沖昏頭 身體要好好保護!
