想瘦腹部但不想瘦胸 & 手 - 健身

在下之前是個瘦子 (172 cm, 58 kg)
為了練上半身 吃的多了一點
所以現在腰圍增加不少 = =
甚至覺得有點小腹 QQ
爬了一下文
當然知道要消小腹就是要有氧
現在每周 3000 公尺大概跑三到五趟
跑了一個月 不過還沒有很明顯的效果
是要天天跑嗎?
但又不想瘦下來又恢復原狀
(回到瘦子狀態 胸 & 手沒肉)
該怎麼作才好?
又 做仰臥起坐是不是對消小腹有效?
仰臥起坐還滿多種變形的勒
(比方說做一半 或者是腳抬起來作的)
哪一種比較有效?
各家說法不一…
