想練間歇所需的速耐力 - 健身

剛剛跟籃球版前版大jetlin"討論"了一下
有鑑於最近版上間歇風潮 大家跑步時都會衝刺
所以便跟j大請教了有關速耐的練法
衝刺除了強調肌力爆發力外 另外就是速耐力(也是維持長時間無氧狀態的耐力)
所以我上網找一下http://ppt.cc/p-Hl http://ppt.cc/mfRq
大致上 大原則:時間30~60秒,60%~85%1RM,次數6~8,4~6組,
如果練下肢的話有上坡跑,拖輪胎跑,推重物跑,背重物跑,如果是100M選手
就是設定一個時間(如11.5秒),跑十趟,每趟都得11.5以下(jetlin大提供)
