整體而言我胸部算頗結實
但是總是會有穿較貼衣服時會激凸的困擾 >///<
而且X頭附近的確是有點軟軟的(相較於胸部其他部分)
請問有甚麼方法可以根治呢?
瘋狂的跑步嗎?
還有屁股的肉似乎也頗軟
想要練較結實也是只能靠跑步嗎?

跑步的話
假設跑一小時的話
一口氣跑完 與 跑半小時可能緩和個五分鐘再跑半小時
哪種效果較好啊?
