已經運動兩個月左右了
每週至少一次一定都會去康是美量體脂
這是我的資料和今天量的數據
年齡:23
身高:160.3
體重:46.1
體脂:21.8%
內臟:1
BMI:18.0
基代:1085
體齡:18歲
算了一下從上次量體重47.2,體脂22.5%降到現在
還是瘦到了不該瘦的....
想請問
1.依照我的體重,我的基代是否真的太低?
2.在維持目前體重或者變更輕了話,要如何提高基代?
目前一個禮拜約3~5天慢跑,每次至少40分鐘以上
每天都會在房間做一些可以鍛鍊肌肉的運動(省錢阻力那篇!)大約10~20分鐘
(也會做到滿頭大汗)
開始運動之後體重偶爾下降偶爾上升(我猜想或許跟我便比較結實有關係)
