累的程度與卡路里消耗關係? - 健身

最近因卡關2-3禮拜
原本都是以跑步機快走5.5km/h為主要運動 時間差不多6個禮拜
ps.無法慢跑,膝蓋有點問題
也因卡關及擔心膝蓋 所以試著換橢圓機改變一下運動模式
但可能因我大腿肌力實在太弱了 且快走也無法訓練到心肺功能
用橢圓機阻力1 踩的速度也挺慢的 卻累的要命
不過看機器上消耗的卡路里卻只有240kcal/h
而快走卻是440kcal/h
雖然每日只差200kcal
但做橢圓機真的超累 如又效率差的話 實在會有點灰心...
我想問問 累的程度跟卡路里消耗有關係嗎?
不知我該改回快走 還是繼續練橢圓機?
