想要有線條一定要減脂嗎 - 健身

大家好
前幾天有發文詢問重訓跟有氧的選擇
本來想要直接回文 但這次想問的問題有點不一樣就再發一次文了
每個推文我都有看 真的很謝謝大家
我已經開始上健身房了 附上上次順便量的一些數值

感覺我的問題應該不太需要附圖?
所以這次依然沒有身材的照片
想請問脂肪控制的部分+1.6 代表我不需要減脂嗎?
因為確定要做重訓後 我去看了一些女生分享健身的影片
那些女生都像一般看到在健身的人一樣 控制飲食吃減脂餐
但看了她們健身前後的照片 我反而比較喜歡她們健身前的胸部
我沒有要批評她們這樣不好看的意思 單純個人喜好
我覺得她們這樣是另一種性感
我也知道我一個超級新手不需要擔心自己會變成那樣
她們是練很久專業度也很夠才能有現在的成果
但我是一個只要一瘦就會先瘦胸部的人
所以如果跟大家一樣減脂 真的很怕辛苦養成的奶會不保(?)
所以想問說 如果我就跟平常一樣吃(但不會大吃或是一直吃那些精緻澱粉或垃圾食物)
不刻意吃減脂餐 然後固定去健身房報到 這樣還會有效果嗎
看置底文有說肌肉是肌肉 脂肪是脂肪
但我目前看到健身的人都很努力的在減脂 不知道不減脂練起來會是怎樣?
我也沒有說要練到很厲害 只要稍微雕塑線條就很感動了
我知道很多人提倡要練胸
說胸肌練起來罩杯也會變大
但這個在有減脂的前提下看到那些女生的胸部
會讓我覺得..... 看起來好像沒有很好揉
(對不起有練胸肌的女生看到這句不要生氣QQ!!!!!!
也許我觀念錯誤 歡迎糾正我)
因為這樣我前幾天有GOOGLE一下體脂跟胸部的關係
看到新聞藝人熊熊的體脂22但胸部一樣看起來是麻糬奶
她說她有做有氧跟重訓 飲食少吃澱粉跟炸物
所以我就很好奇 這代表 控制飲食+有氧+重訓並不會瘦到胸部?
還是熊熊單純就是天選之人?
