我目前179/58
每星期因為時間關係大概只能到學校重訓室兩天
每次都是有氧加重訓一起來 課表是一樣的
練了兩個月吧,增重是沒有明顯效果,肌肉可以看出結實一點
但也沒什麼線條
想請問這樣的菜單方向是否錯誤?或有其他需要加強之處?謝謝!
如下(份量都是一組10下,做三組):
先20分鐘慢跑熱身 大概3200m左右
啞鈴彎舉 10KG
前抬腿 130磅
坐式機械飛鳥(垂直式蝴蝶機?) 70磅
啞鈴三頭肌伸展 5KG
滑輪坐姿划船 70磅
坐姿滑輪頸後下拉 70磅
啞鈴跨步蹲舉 10KG
