骨格率 38%
我最近想要減重一些 想要讓肌肉線條看的更明顯
但是我最近很難減重
請問一下 我每天大概要攝取多少大卡?
假設運動 每天十公里的腳踏車(20分鐘) 三點三公里的慢跑(20分鐘)
做一些簡單的重訓(半小時左右)
請問我該如何讓線條看起來很明顯
我想要有大的方胸肌 還有六塊腹肌
給些建議吧 謝謝
